For me:
- Breakfast: 1/2 cup almonds and an apple
- Post WOD: recovery shake
- Lunch- tuna steak and 1/2 avocado in Basalmic Vinegar
- Dinner- 1 cup Spinach and Meatball soup, 1 cup Ham, Cabbage and veggies sauteed
- Snack- 2/3 cup brocoli salad (with carrots, almonds, sunflower seed oil, golden raisins, cranberries, and figs)
For Cherith:
- Breakfast-Glass of milk
- Lunch-?
- Dinner-2 cups Spinach and Meatball soup
- Snack- fresh carrots
For Emaline:
- Breakfast- Milk, tangerine
- Lunch- 2 tangelos, ?
- Dinner- 2 cups Spinach and Meatball soup
- Snack-?
For Matt: (he forgot about today)
- Breakfast- skipped it
- Lunch- McDonald's meal
- Dinner-2 cups Spinach and Meatball soup, 1 cup Ham, Cabbage and veggies sauteed
- Snack- fresh carrots and brocoli
